FLT Acquires Two Prime Properties in Australia for A$62.6 Million

SINGAPORE, 31 AUGUST 2018 Frasers Logistics & Industrial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (&ldquo FLT&rdquo and the manager of FLT, the &ldquo REIT Manager&rdquo ), is pleased to announce the proposed acquisition of two prime industrial properties in Australia from Frasers Property Australia Pty Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited (the &ldquo Sponsor&rdquo ) for an aggregate purchase consideration of A$62.6 million2 . The aggregate purchase consideration was negotiated on a willing-buyer and willing-seller basis and supported by independent valuations by CBRE Valuations Pty Ltd and Urbis Valuations Pty Ltd. 

Funding from divestment of aust properties earlier on.

As fr i know, cimb upfront shares wun be reflected in cdp....

If 1, just call them to double confirm the numbers.
If 2, login cdp to check.

I see... So let's say originally I have A and I manage to get B excess rights ... By now can I sell (A+B) number of shares already?

I don' t use iOCBC, but I am aware of this platform. You have to enter in the number of Rights you amanged to catch, and put in the necessary calculations to count your new average price, taking into account your Rights units.

The platform will not update a Rights exercise  for you automatically because  it is not a Buy or Sell Transaction executed  thru the platform. A Rights exercise is an external event,.....

Thx bro. I am using iOCBC... Everytime I login now it still shows the original number I own without the excess rights allocated to me.. any advice?

Bro kkj,... the rights allocated will not be reflected in your trading account automatically. You will have to add them into your portfolio page manually.

But if you' re talking abt, say the Standard Chartered Online Trading platform, then yes,... Stanchart will add for you automatically.

If you needed more advice, please tell us what platform (which brokerage)  that you are using,....

This  divestment did not mention if the proceeds may be distributed to unitholders as dividend payouts. In another recent divestment at Hartley Rd., there was mention that the proceeds may be distributed to unitholders....

The Purchaser is an existing tenant of the Property. The Consideration represents a 36.7% premium to the Property&rsquo s book value of A$6.4 million1 as at 30 June 2018 and a 26.8% premium to the original purchase price of A$6.9 million at FLT&rsquo s initial public offering in 2016. The latest valuation of the Property as at 1 July 2018 was A$6.6 million2 . The proposed divestment is in line with the REIT Manager&rsquo s proactive asset management and portfolio rebalancing strategies.

I' m pleased to see this ranking - this means we can trust the disclosures by FLT, and at the same time,.... the fact that material things and matters will most probably be disclosed to investors. No hidden stuff,....

I' m not selling,... in fact I bought just before results ann' t, anticipating that the results will be good.

I sold some to rebalance because i bought some lots before the rights issue.

Their financing cost will be fixed for now til 2Q19 as aus and eu not raising rate til then. Only thing is the flunctuatiion of currency.

Still one of the better reits to hold

Looks good, europe assets contribution coming in.

The divestment will be completed late Oct. Maybe can use this to acquire more assets.

So,... reported at almot 9 pm last night,...
- 3QFY18 Distributable Income 22.4% higher at A$30.7 million
- Three leases signed in 3QFY18 WALE of 7.01 years and occupancy of 99.3% as at 30 June 2018
- Completed the acquisition of 21 prime industrial properties in key global logistics hubs in Germany and the Netherlands on 25 May 2018
- Announced proposed divestment of 80 Hartley Street, Smeaton Grange, New South Wales for A$90.5 million, 40.3% above book value

Good or not good, unit price did not run-up today,.... mkt does not seem to like this counter,....
