Honestly, I see it as a positive and normal thing when a CEO sells some shares. They&rsquo ve worked hard to build the company, so it&rsquo s fair for them to take some rewards.
It&rsquo s like picking fruits from a tree they planted&mdash you&rsquo re not cutting down the tree, just enjoying part of the harvest. As long as the business is still strong and growing, the tree will continue to bear more fruits.

I used to panicked when ceo sell shares . Does it mean ceo sell the share price will not go up . Yes and no. I ever bought pop mart shares I sold when ceo sold his shares in 2022. He sold 13 million shares for hkd 740 million through married deal . It was priced at hkd 59. Pop mart shares price now is hkd $163. The highest it ever touch is hkd $339.80.
