This one will eventually shoot up as insider has started buying and big blocks of shares were subscribed by the Taiwanese during the rights issue last year at $0.128

Someone had been selling since last year price dropped from $ 0.13 all the way to $0.105.
If this is a big seller, then buying from CEO and director may not be enough. still deciding to hold or let go

I think the numbers shown is during lunch break (between 12noon to 1pm). Bid/Ask price can be entered, but no trade done till trading starts.
