Petrobras said before, they have no other choice but to give contracts to Seatrium as only Seatrium is qualified. Petrobras also cannot wait to give new tenders as it takes time to have the FPSOs before getting oil and gas from the sea. So, no matter what, they will come back to Seatrium on direct nego. LOL
