Good to look through bearing in mind that it gives a very good comparison between the different types of reits and their relative performances. 
Not all reits are equal to Ascendas which has been singled out here as a top performing reit.
But if you want just a business space and industrial reit, just go for this one here. Can sleep well with it. Well-diversified.
