RESPONSE TO SGX-ST QUERY REGARDING TRADING ACTIVITY The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Pacific Radiance Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the queries from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the &ldquo SGX-ST&rdquo or the &ldquo Exchange&rdquo ) on 26 May 2023 regarding unusual volume movements in the Company&rsquo s shares and wishes to respond to the queries as follows:

Y sgx needs to ask, only 5mil traded, before trading halt, was trading 0.70 above then down to below 0.10, nvr asked about y down and then halted trading. when Ezion halted, also never stopped them from halting, then it became zero, so many shareholders lost their pants, very selective in asking
