Petrobras still can become a major SH if not to buy the whole company, so that she can influence the company decisions especially in regards to Petrobras' s Billions Dollars FPSOs !!! Moreover, making tons of profits from future Seatrium' s profits !!!

Average TP is about 1500, just take 80% of the TP, the SP should be about 1200, now it is only 930/940, still way below 1200. More room to move up before AGM !!!

Some people still have wrong thinking about share consolidation. Having less shares at higher price is the same as having more shares at lower price, as long as the total value or capital is the same.
Buying more shares at lower price or buying less shares with higher price with the same amount of capital is still the same. Most important is the % gained on the capital outlay. Of course lower price stock may fluctuate more than higher price stock that is few dollars per share, but this may not be true for some of the stock as well. Certain blue chips can fall more than 10 to 20% in one go as well.
It is up to individual to decide to buy or sell whatever stock that they want for whatever reasons.

Although the restructuring of assets for impairment had been done (presumably all done by at FY23), it would be good to learn of their organizational structure to capture the opportunities. Is there a leaner organization now or how much more operational deadweight can the company strip to improve their cost structure?
More importantly, capital management is key in a capital intensive industry like theirs so would be useful to learn what their capital allocation priorities are. It is clear by now that the structural tailwinds are in their favor, so it is really up to them to capture the contract wins (with good margins) to rebuild a solid pipeline of orderbook.
Good if they can land P84 and P85 but if they keep winning contracts from Petrobras, the company would need to contend with customer concentration risk.
