But once again.. i bought at 0.77.. which is quite huat already..
never imagine that this will cross 1.5.. and now its 1.77.. it fly like no tmr...

On June 28, PropNex executive director Kelvin Fong Keng Seong acquired 44,600 shares of the company, for a consideration of S$66,900 at S$1.50 per share.
This took his deemed interest in PropNex from 8.48 per cent to 8.50 per cent.
The acquisition also followed his acquisition of 118,400 shares on June 21 28,500 shares on June 15 and 200,000 shares on June 14, also at S$1.50 per share.
Mr Fong has gradually increased his deemed interest in PropNex from 7.63 per cent in February 2019.
He oversees the group' s training development curriculum and administers the development of IT strategies and technology innovations to improve the group' s competitive edge in the industry.

Mr Fong has gradually increased his deemed interest in PropNex from 7.63 per cent in February 2019.
He oversees the group' s training development curriculum and administers the development of IT strategies and technology innovations to improve the group' s competitive edge in the industry.
Mr Fong also spearheads the sales and leadership training programmes for the group.
Back on May 19, PropNex announced that it was expanding to Cambodia, and boosting the total regional salespersons headcount to 12,000.

agencies will collapse when developers start reducing commission payable to agents who in turn feed these agencies 10 to 30% of their commission and it is gradually happening due to lack of landbank and developers are not keen for enbloc due to skyhigh asking price from enbloc owners. Govt should not release too many sites and those keen to upgrade must pay through their nose since they are keen to spend money for properties that do not feed the stomach but for status conscience.
Enbloc cause high carbon footprint which seems to happen in Singapore so much more than other countries . Our govt advocates so much on carbon footprint and it is time for them to ensure any enbloc must come with a high price and developers must maintain 50% of the old facade, this will reflect the commitment of our govt since it is also advocating EV by 2035

Correction phase....... after having gone up more than 30 cts over 3 days.
looks like this practice is publicly condoned, therefore hope all other small agencies do likewise and incentivise with smaller carrots from designer bags to 2nd hand cars. Agents should do that too in order to get sales and survive using this condo as a reference since it is unprecented for a public listed agency to do it after all most agents are associates and not paid a salary instead their commissions are cut between 10 to 30%( for newbies) for a sale/rental close. equitable treatment should be called out!

maybe , there will be a case where, agent reports to authorities that client asking for incentives ..... sending a few clients to jail could also STOP this bad practise? ... agrees?

CEA and the relevant authorities perhaps can give their thoughts if it is okay for agents and all business owners to incentivise buyers and sellers and those in charge of awarding contracts in order to achieve higher volume of business and sales. apparently agents cannot even offer to cut their commission openly albeit many may do it surreptiously to get sales. indeed very lobsided

considering if more ppl join than cost of condo propnex will not only earn at the same time get all the details of ppl to use for marketing
