Monkey,
what is crucial is the yield gap. Not just the yield of a security.
If the difference in yield between Reits and bonds widen, this makes REITS more attractive.
But if DPU of a reit falls more than bond yields, then you can expect investors to pull money out of your REIT

This reit always pumps and dumps on the same trading day. Not worth the investment as it is not stable. Might as well put your money in chinese stocks rather this this reit

positive news, though this one may move higer perhaps next week if BBs want. Today, friday it seems to be a lot of pressure to keep the price lower as many contras who bought above 110 should be due.
