Wow...11 years (IPO price was 46 cents) and never sell a single share until recently, shows committment and dedication.
My observation:
- CEO Eddy' s sale yesterday was his first since IPO 11 years ago
- Eddy has pumped S$4-5m of his own money into the Company over the years.
- With a significant amt of warrants held by him, Eddy will exercise and yesterday proceeds will likely be used to exercise the warrants, putting money back into the Company.
- This further alignes his interest with shareholders.

If this 1m selling down is real then going retrance back to 260
2 M in less than 24 hrs is too hard to resist i guess:)
