Shorted this in the morning.
Last week announce.
It takes about 2months to do due diligence.
So mean time, the stock need to be stabilized.
Day chart macd(5,35,5) cross dn.
Px has to consolidate to a fair value.
For long need to have patience.
For short, please do ur job.

Sometimes i wonder, if the target company is so dam good, why take so long to seal acquisition? Must do so much due diligence until you find THE can of worms meh? Then perhaps can start to bargain price down. Was there any placement of deposits? Or may be is just another scam to push price up? Hahaha my guess only hor. Lets short and see how in the meantime.
