I would much prefer your explanation of SSH acquiring to up their stakes.

Hmmm. my curosity remains why there is shares for sale at 10.6c, at rock bottom price. At 10.5c considered oversold.
Last 4Q, dividends paid is 1.05c, so at current price would like around 9.9%

I have noticed in the past couple of months that price was systematically pressed down from around 12 cents to current level.
It don' t look like accumulation to me......I may be wrong though.

hope insiders pick up at $0.108, $0.109.

Instead, they are trying to  block at $0.107 and

I would rather they keep the current dpu unchanged and use it to pay down debt and for expansion. Keep more cash for emergency use.

and not a reit, maybe got hope more of the cash flow
may be used to pay a higher dpu later on?  wink

And of course after their expensive fibre expansion,
Aptt is ready for future 5G backhaul business
to come knocking too.  yes
