I think the sell-off on semi-conductors or electronic components companies in Singapore is a bit overdone.

regarding a transaction which may or may not result in an offer for the shares of the Company.

The Board wishes to announce that, based on the update from Gazelle Capital Pte. Ltd. on 12

September 2014, the confidential discussions in relation to the transaction (the &ldquo Possible

Transaction&rdquo ), which may or may not result in an offer for the shares of the Company, are still ongoing.

Discussions remain very preliminary and at this juncture, there is no certainty that the Possible

Transaction will materialise.
