starhub announced recent a dividend but the xd and payment dates are undecided. once the dates are confirmed the sh price would move up a bit. may be 9 cents. 119+9= $1.28.
Sell down to invest in other counters
Value is subjective. If you hold it, you will value it higher whereas those selling them feels it is overvalued. They missed expectation of those that selling so only way up is merger or acquisition news.

If I read and interpret correctly, it is most likely starhub will buy M1 mobile amd broadband business only so as to expand and grow their consumer businesses

It will be either Starhub buys M1 or M1 buys Starhub.
4 more months to spectrum due date.
Consolidation is coming real soon.
I prefer M1 buy over Starhub so that Starhub can focus on broadband, Cyber and IT.
Entertainment can also be sold to Singtel

unless, gov change policy to stop virtual operator and let top 3 to monopoly telco market again, price won' t move.
in the past, i pay 200-300 monthly for mobile line, broadband at home and tv program.
now, i only pay about 100 monthly for mobile line, broadband at home, watch tv program and drama through ipad and phone which can allow me increase the speed of video and jumping episode.
unless, gov change policy to stop virtual operator and let top 3 to monopoly telco market again, price won' t move.
