First time in history in 2018-2019 they bought back at 65cts before..buyback resolution us a standard clause every year also pass but co never take action only once..the onky negative thing about valuetronics..they issure emploeee and directors shares at dirt cheap 23-45cts
Good news! Did Valuetronics actively buy back their shares last year? Just did some check on the corporate actions and did not see any buybacks in 2019 and 2020... so if they start buying back shares, it would provide additional support to their share price in addition to the Div expectations that can surely drive the share price up in short term :)
