Yes.  I too expect terms to favour KC SHs, probably at the expense of SCM SHs.  Time will tell

Thanks.  He has been wrong many times.  He bought SCM at 40c and was loading at 30c.  Not credible.  Pure speculation and misleading the novices

I will wait for official announcement

Yes. precisely.......BUT i do hope the deal will go through and for KC SH to distribute SCM free shares....(Just like SCI.....4.911 shares)
who knows, maybe 1 KC share = 5.5 SCM free shares worth 9cts each..

My take is 2022 will see continued losses and likely 2023 too. So, based on this, a 3rd right has to take place, if not the buz cannot substain any longer
