Yes property mkt hot ...comm balloon......double booster....so spiral effect on the stock....Yes just trade with eyes open
but short term should be still ok..because I think property market still in a uptrend..too much liquidity in the market..

Wow up another 13c...Apac realty also tagging behind...for all I know ..now landed market getting hotter..
many buyers chasing after limited goods....all make money from stock markets and crypto currencies  last year I think..

ya 0.7 then i sell at 1.16 (still huat around 50% not too bad for a 6 months holding)
I have no faith the market go so huat..
But really who knows it can go both ways.. i was in between this thinking
1) Internal PA self push the price (since its a penny stock)
2) Cooling measures - No doubt it' s always on our mind, guess the government too busy to look into this? 
3) Its always 50-50.. but never knew Singaporeans got so much depth in their pocket... many of my colleagues actually owned 2 property? 
But really, the cooling measure is at more weightage.. and this stock price move up fast.. volume trade very low.. 1.5m worth traded today up 5%? penny stock.. 
I hope you guys huat also! Like I said.. I not a selfish individualist.. money in the world way too much.. most importantly.. how the people here play as a team rather than solo... So all huat no lose can liao.

the trading volume is extremely low, there must be some sort of shorting to make it go high, let those who are doing round robin to own it, stay clear, less homes to buy and sell afterall. agencies are at the behest of properties availablity and new projects. 
I meant i no longer own any propnex shares.
Also i don' t want to be salty here.. only support you bros all huat together...

real estate agencies are only sustainable when the commission charged by the sales persons are high, it is already saturated, and home owners are getting smarter demanding a rebate on the commission earned or going to developers directly for rebates since all developers are competing for their projects to be sold fast by giving high commission to salespersons and yet making huge margins
The other possible drop in transactions is Either you stayput in your own home or change for reasons like convenience and newer homes and most are realising that the high commssion earned by salespersons for new projects which pay between 3.5 to 7%  live a uxury lifestye .
ultimately the one who loses is whoever the govt of the day in not reining in the property prices.
Also helping to sustain too many smes that hardly scraped through even during the non pandemic with handouts, whilst their employees and owners are possibly dabbling in new homes would hasten the gst raise to keep reserves sustainable will have a big hit on average workers and retirees
