They disclose to SGX right? But SGX does not publish it immediately.
Example:
On the 14-Dec-2016, Mr. ONG MUN WAH acquire 6,022,800 shares via market transaction.
From the disclosure of interest PDF file, I can see that the date of notification to SGX was on 15-Dec-2016. This disclosure was only published on SGX on the 16-Dec-2016 06:01:12 PM.
Meaning to say, if any of the directors bought yesterday, we will only know by tomorrow, am I right?

This stock going up or down depend on the Directors playing the game.
Some directors waiting for price go down slowly and then they buy up a few pips ..
Then, the other directors waiting for the price to suddenly go up and start selling so the price go back down a few pips..
Sudden Surges Up and immediately sudden Surges Down...
But maybe be going up , just a few pips net each day..
yes today i play oil counter liaoz.. this counter weaken.... maybe noon time strong i dont know :P
