: Acromec is the provider of specialist engineering services in the field of controlled environments, such as laboratories, medical and sterile facilities as well as clean rooms.
It mainly serves the local healthcare, biomedical, research and academia, and electronics sectors. Its customers include the Singapore General Hospital, National University of Singapore, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), P& G Singapore Innovation Centre, Johnson Matthey Singapore, as well as several other hospitals, medical centres, educational institutions, agencies and companies.
Annual report says affected projects are largely completed and impact from the same have been accounted for in FY17. Somemore with the new order book wins, is the worst over for Acromec?

Acromec warns of further losses for FY2017
ACROMEC Limited flagged on Wednesday that it is expected to incur further losses in fiscal 2017, following the reported losses for the half year ended March 31.
This was mainly attributable to cost overruns on the group' s major projects, it said.
The group is finalising the results for fiscal 2017. Further details of its financial performance will be disclosed when it announces its unaudited financial results for fiscal 2017 on or before Nov 29.
