Unlike selling curry puff ( ala Old Chang Kee ), running hospitals as a business is tricky. We cannot be seen to be milking from the patients, including from foreigners as neighbouring countries have also ramped up their capabilities. The only way forward is buying up other existing hospitals or being bought over by bigger conglomerate. Ramping up property business , be it residential or hotel next to its hospitals is a good story to pursue.

Costs will keep increasing esp wages and cost of medicine. Can these be passed on to the patients?
When the profit drops there may be impairment of goodwill which is massive as shown in the balance sheet. This would increase the loss n future.

agreed, since construction cost is now low , the mgmt and majority shareholder should see the benefits of getting it going, and let the share price should beyond 0.13 which is easily achievable. get going strategic mgmt if you are reading

at this price, its indeed worth to hold since medical institution is highly profitale, results should be next week I think, PL a strategic owner and investor, never miscalculate, owning so many shares definitely need to step up the VALUE mah
