Global Invacom Group Limited
The Longer-term trend of Global Invacom remains strong on the upside. In the short-term, the stock has started reversing to the upside and could rise further from its lower support of 0.400 to hit an upside objective of 0.500.
The upward momentum is getting stronger with all three of our technical indicators (MACD, 14-day Stochastic and 14-day RSI) moving higher in their respective oversold territories.
Furthermore, the share price has also performed a &ldquo Golden Cross&rdquo (typically denotes the start of a bull market) on the chart with the shorter-end of the 20-day Moving Average cutting above its longer-term 50-day Moving Average. A further move up and a break above its psychological resistance of 0.500 will project a further upside price target of 0.610.
Strategy: We suggest a strong BUY at the previous closing price of 0.410 with a potential upside return of 48.7% over the medium-term of 2-3 months&rsquo time.
