Do not assume shorting is happening in this counter. If you think it is, you can always short....assuming the direction is always against you. Btw, very easy to find out.......go do some shorting on paper.......there you are......win or lose......answer is there. Also remember, shorting through CFDs long term or short - must pay rollover interest.......think Long is 4 % and short is 8% per annum. The downward spiral are people selling off cause they got frustrated just like some of us in SJ forums. Such will happen everyday till no more selling and all frustrated people are cleared out.......also can call consolidation if you want to.

The selling off of pennies usually happened across the board, almost same time you will see sell queue coming out together for many pennies. Somehow doesn' t seem to be normal people like you and me.

no worries, sifu wont be wrong... just need to wait for news as an investor. Believe in luckyguy' s method.
hopefully can wake up one fine morning to see adventus 70cents.
Yeah, got lucky and decided to pay my tuition fee. Lost 6 pips in exchange for a lot of sleep.
Take a rest and come back again closer to October. Market is very quiet now and I think many are saving bullets for the end of September.
Quarter is ending and many will be eager to book profits for nice numbers, so there will be some plays going on for sure.

Sibeh tired but cant sleep.
Dont think any retailers wanna come in to this stock anymore except for die hard fans. A lot got whack at high 4 cents, so they kena play out and they will stay out. Until BB start to promote again but by then how many will come back .......

Ok, understand now. Assets held for trade are usually quoted securities, ie listed shares. The rise in the quoted share price will be reflected as gain from asset held for trade in the PL. Ipco held innopac. When innopac' s share price rose from 8c to 20c, this is reflected as gain in the PL (14c x no. of shares held). Their asset value also increased. Adventus invested in some quoted shares recently, but it did not disclose what share. This makes us difficult to monitor the share price of the quoted investment.

Illegal part is trading in their own shares or cornering other shares. Many companies invest their monies into securities,bank deposits and an array of other instruments with the intention to create more money from existing spare monies. If you look into an asset column of any report, the column mention as " investment held for trades, etc" is part of all the aforementioned......there are many more , even mentioned in the Profit and Loss statemnet and come in many names depending of the type of investments plus short term , long term, held to maturity etc,etc. One good suggestion is to read their report and check out investopedia dictionary for all the terms that you cannot understand......from there you will have a good understanding where they park their monies. One good example, after the blowout, you can see Innopac' s investment loses a whopping $ 60 mil overnight!!!.....go check out Blumont, Liongold or the Seven Cos or so, under investigation by CAD.
