Haiz,  some threads on Cosco had been taken down recently.    Did someone post untruths?
Coming back to Cosco,  I think the sale of the shipping arm back to its parent is good for Cosco Singapore.  It will allow it to concentrate on its logistics business.  Any thoughts? |

The South and Southeast Asian region has many new development opportunities. For instance, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) initiated by ASEAN will bring new impetus to the development of relevant countries in the region.

1H21 nett profit of 6.8m
Most properly FY21 end.. nett profit should be about 15m..
One off gain of 57m(if deal done before Dec 2021)
Then for FY21 nett profit should be about 72m
Current share px 26.5c
Under valued
Fy21 end result will release on March 2022

| Off load shipping division 60% stake to cosco Hk for about 57m sgd!!
Current cash holding of 75m
So total cash flow will be 75m+57m=132m once deal done
I think 2022 they will use the cash for M&A
Or end FY21 declared for dividend

Sad to see dropping daily.

Any px below 40c is a buy
