Palm oil reached another records high at 5015 MYR/T, Golden  Agri is enerizing....be prepared to see the take off when BB has accumulate enough flushing out the weak holders. No one can with stand the continues rises of this commodity.

As for the price of Golden Agri, BB is keeping it from rising too fast, if possible flashing out all the weak holders. On the chart according to (https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/palm-oil) palm oil price has broke the 40 yrs high. This is a commodity that has many uses both edible n as Biofuel... especiall this time where China, India n the world r starting to open up their economies ex-covid ...55c target price that analysts set is achievable.
 

 

Just two months ago most analysts have it as sell recommendations with the highest tp as $0.25!
The rising palm oil prices must have caught these sleeping anal-ists by surprise. Soon they will be coming out with some smart alec reports. I heard one is going to give a tp of 0.55! No, no typo error! $0.55tp!!

Now the buy queue has overtaken the sell queue of ten millions plus!

The problem with this Golden Tree is, even you try to be low key, a lot of eagle eyes, and observant people, would accumulate in bulk when it drops to below 0.23....and so when it risen to current level, they would liquidate at 15 to 20% gain. Why not? Even I do it. But the difference i cash out the most only half and the rest add on to my cart. A couple of rounds already. So much so my cost is well below 0.20. Why? Because first I am patient and second this is a potential multibagger golden goose. There are a lot of possitives Akan datang. If current price range last for a couple of weeks, it will sure be breakthrough when nearer FY results. Ignore the coming 3 Q results. It will not be main catalysts, just an indicator.

Palm tree can also be used to make paper and stationery products.
They do not have the techical and mechanical skills to make in mass . The west doesn' t want it to compete with their paper mills, but that may change soon, when more   is about eco friendly products

so if Palm is about food, fuel, paper products.... wow! The wind of change for Wilmar and Golden Agri.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 6): Bursa Malaysia crude palm oil (CPO) futures prices rose past RM5,000 a tonne for the first time to a record high on Wednesday (Oct 6) after the CPO price  for October 2021 rose as much as RM75 to RM5,050. 

At 10.34am, the CPO price for October 2021 stood at RM5,050 a tonne after the commodity was traded between RM5,019 and RM5,050 so far.

Malaysia' s CPO futures prices touched RM5,000 a tonne  for the first time in intraday trade on Tuesday.

It was reported on Tuesday that Malaysia' s CPO futures prices  closed  at an all-time high,  driven  by  tight supplies  and strong demand  from China.

Looks like new flavour of the month. Closed 0.265, went up as high as 0.27.
Only 0.00528 dividends coming next month.
Better don' t attract too much attention, let the golden palm tree swing gently in the wind of change.
