in my dream, Singtel BB is pumping up for a rights call to raise cash to buy out starhub.
Singtel share price is testing new high every week... starhub trying to go lower every week 😅 🤣

Correct me if I am wrong but when Keppel acquired M1 at the price of $2.06, the total value of M1 is 1.9 billion.
Based on Starhub's current price of $1.18 and total number of issued shares, the current value is over 2 billion already.
Base on financial performance, M1 revenue was 755m before it was delisted and Starhub latest performance is 980m, so at most you can only value Starhub at $1.42 BUT of course there are many other variables to consider.

In early 2019, M1 was valued at S$2.06 for each share, the price that Keppel and SPH had paid. Why is StarHub valued at only S$1.18 as at yesterday close?
Cannot compete with the Big boys.
They did not invest heavily for the future, unlike Singtel that spends billions in capital expenditure over decades.
Slowly dying out is Starhub.

Keppel should buy over starhub to bundle it with M1 to relist as 1 unit.
should be ongoing, hold your horses, hopefully can be sold above 2/-, singtel should consider seriously or even M1
