OK lor. Last time, I remember it kept sustaining very long time at the level of 385 and I bought it at that moment. Let' s see how this time.

this is a conservative 8% return on capital projections. can be more or less.
share with those who want to grow their wealth over time. not short term cheong type.
cheong type go buy yzj maritime. bitcoin etc.
bitcoin will not die as us gov is main player. my speculation only.

for those just started career not much money to invest yet. go make yourself more capable
so that you can sell skill for more.  save a sum off your monthly pay like 10% before anything.
spend the rest within the balance 90%. cannot make it with current pay. just enough? in next pay raise shift the raise to save. invest in good sure win stocks to have good return over time. those budgeting with amount to spend on this and that no work one, the wants of modern life will always be money no enough. pay yourself first by saving.

by 2031 dividend payout the total dividend is 11.69 cents. cpf assume no cash out.
see the nta+dividend collected for yzjfh will be 68.27+11.69 cents while cpf ordinary account will be 61.1 cents. difference of 30.8%
for some risk in 5 years, one will have 30.8% more compared to cpf ordinary. risk is yzjfh cannot make it. but then what if they can grow income at more then 8%. like pawn broker is 18% + gain in goldprice.   
my game plan. let the price fall since no one wants. when reach level i like will collect bit by bit. especially towards fy and dividend pay time.

 

it is crossing a momentous milestone. an attractive dividend stock 

 

 

nav 54cents? that was as of last report. by now will be more. got to wait for next report to
know.  basically this is steady growth stock. dividend payout will be like reits but better then 
reits as 60% of earning is retain to grow. while reits only rely on borrowing more to grow.
it is a slow but steady boat. buyers got to have a long term view to get very good rewards 
over long term.

YZJF continued to have healthy volume post spin off. Consolidation taking place at current price levels. Added a bit higher than curret price and next level to add personally for me is $0.4 - $0.425 levels. It should be still potentially rewarding. Let' s go.
