Have the management share/forecast further on how it will impact the bottom line with the new revenue as well as future prospect. All positive but end of the day, how is the share trading in the market is biggest concern for minority shareholders. 
Till now no differences.

Historical records 5MW running 3 months generate S$0.5 Mil of revenue. 8MW will generate S$3.2 Mil yearly revenue, this year Power Generation unit should have a revenue of at least S$1 Mil added to top line. Positive News! This site have approval for 20MW so another 12MW can be added, Gas owner can supply more gas and calling Vibropower can add more generators..... Very nice. Another positive news! Released yesterday is Singapore government want to buy Renewable energy from region citing Malaysia as immediate target, Vibropower should benefit as they have a Biomass plant in Southern Malaysia Peninsula. I think that if Chng is truly putting money where his mouth is, he should just remain a shareholder and buy up the company.

2. Lead independent director engaged as lawyer to fight company case??? No other competent lawyer in SIngapore to represent Vibropower?

3. Huge Issue placement at discount of share price and NAV to dilute shareholders??? Placees are recommended by CEO BEnedict Chen somemore...

4.    CEO BEnedict Chen' s brother, MASON INDUSTRIES, is just 2 min walk from Vibropower and both companies have transactions with each other

If he capable of takeover then why till today still never shows his cards and still need to Q.
Placement diluted his holding, easy estimation can tell it have to be a close fight now favor CEO. His brother is still buying.

Yes - important thing is that CHNG put money where their mouth is....as majority shareholders, they have most to lose if vibropower GG. Same thing here for this Chng Beng Hock...almost every week buy Vibropower.....Vibropower do well, then he will do well...else why waste time...
