Kop building worth more than 30m..is the support... tikam because lian beng bro in...ace investors in...at 28c i think....now gsh in...gsh may tap on on kop resort experience .and kop can tap on sam goi brand name....more easy to get cheap loan....

yes, cheap land. likely tender is also " conditions" laden so that only one winner which in this case all state linked. this project can make billions if handled well. KOP 30% of it is a lot.

I think you are right mr Edwin. I didnt study enough yesterday. I just find out their WintaStar Shanghai quite near to Shanghai Disneyland. Best part is : their bid price super low , at only rmb 4000 per sqm. This is a "steal". Even 2nd tier cities in China land parcels are transacted at rmb 8000 to 10000 per sqm now.

Tikam KOP still ok I waiiting to jeep after tjings settle down a bit. Winstar Project is the key to it. But i dont recommend buying epicentre. Seriously.

NTA stated : 9.6 cts per share after Sam Goi $11 mil Cash injection. Float small . RTO plscement in 2014 plsced out at 21 cts per share. No wonder can chong up.

Yeah. Popiah King can' t benefit directly yet from placement so its good to push higher. Maybe another placement somewhere down the road or even take over the shanghai project by GSH.
76km in shanghai is not a big distance. shanghai is many times of sg and housing prices there are quite crazy.
