Half Year earnings of $2.24 rmb per share which is $0.004 per share.
If they can maintain the same earning per share for second half year that would translate to $0.008 per share which is only PE 4.25x
So the target priuce of $0.06 by KGI and $0.056 by Philips is achievable.
If we take a PPE of 8x, that would be $0.08 !

Zixin is worthed much more than Zhongxin. In the longer term, the price will at least double Zhongxin' s as the profits will be in ascending trend.
Can you believe it or not? Zixin is now price equal with Zhongxin.
