Theoretically, after Ex-Div, share price will also drop by the div amount, in this case, 3c
So no difference to sell now if not keeping long term (as the div news is now public info, and current share price has reflected the div amount |

The main problem is local market does not reflect true value
If chasen is traded in HK, the price will be at least 0.30 by now.

Price now is below cash value per share. The buying will continue. See if I am right or wrong.
The disposal is at a huge premium. The company is in a much better stead now.
Nav is 0.22 compared to 0.16 before disposal.
Cash value is much higher and company cash rich now.
Check my earlier post.
