Haha, why not? Look at breadtalk, started small selling bread in Singapore only. They have many grown to own many restaurants and brealktalk in many countries. If the hotel and property business is managing well and grow, it may grow with hotels in different countries.

But anyway more revenue is good thing regardless the profit margin. Profit/losscan slowly improve. Most importantly we must see revenue growth first. Thats FA lor. Waa longtime never apply FA liao. But some sifu lastime said stock alway move in tandem with FA. So earnings up share px sure up. Not sure how true is that, but should be able to hold some water la...

new wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, known as Adventus Development Pte. Ltd.
(" ADPL" ). The initial issued share capital of ADPL is S$100.00, comprising 100 shares of
S$1.00 each.
The ADPL registered activities are hotel, hospitality and tourism-related businesses.
The above incorporation was funded through internal resources and is not expected to
have any material financial impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and
consolidated earnings per share of the Company and its Group for the current financial
year ending 31 December 2014.
None of the directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the
Company has any interest, direct of indirect, in the aforesaid transaction, save for their
interests arising by way of their directorship and/or shareholdings, as the case may be, in
the Company and ADPL.

This business is more like it. Property, hotel and tourism is much profitable than Green business. Good that they are taking action to inject business now.

It won' t matter, more important is to consolidate his hotel, maybe service apartments and properties he owned and ultimately inject into adventus........ of course if he owns such. Insofar, I know he owns the West Bay hotel fronting Sentosa.
Liquidation of useless subsidiaries can be later or simultaneously..... or he may just keep.
