The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Meta Health Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo or the &ldquo Claimant&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Company had, on 10 September 2025,
commenced legal proceedings by filing an Originating Claim (the &ldquo OC&rdquo ) in the General Division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore (&ldquo Court&rdquo ) against the following parties:
1) Chua Kheng Choon (&ldquo Defendant 1&rdquo ), a founder of the Company and its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 22 December 1998 to 6 June 2022. During his tenure, he oversaw the Company&rsquo s overall business strategy and day-to-day operations
2) Koh Gim Hoe (&ldquo Defendant 2&rdquo ), an independent director of the Company from 11 May 2016 to 29 April 2024
3) Leow Siew Yon (&ldquo Defendant 3&rdquo ), an independent director of the Company from 1 January 2021 to 29 June 2022
4) Kelvin Lee Ming Hui (&ldquo Defendant 4&rdquo ), an independent director of the Company from 10 April 2021 to 29 April 2024
5) Mak Peng Leong Philip (&ldquo Defendant 5&rdquo ), the Company&rsquo s Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary from 15 June 2015 to 11 November 2022 and
6) Hong Shieh Yung Travis (&ldquo Defendant 6&rdquo ), a Singapore citizen who has not held any formal role in the Company.
To the best of the Company&rsquo s knowledge, he is a business associate and for purpose of the OC, an agent of Defendant 1. (Defendant 1 to Defendant 6 are collectively referred to as the &ldquo Defendants&rdquo ).
The OC relates to the Company&rsquo s past acquisition of Gainhealth Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo Gainhealth&rdquo ). The claims brought against the Defendants in the OC are as follows:
(a) Defendant 1 breached contractual duties owed to the Company
(b) Defendant 1 to Defendant 5 breached statutory and/or common law duties owed to the Company
(c) Defendant 6 dishonestly assisted in such breaches of Defendant 1 and knowingly received the Company assets and
(d) The Defendants unlawfully conspired to act against the Company&rsquo s interests. As a result, the Company believes it has suffered losses and reputational harm following the acquisition of Gainhealth.
The Company, represented by its legal advisers Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, is seeking reliefs including damages of approximately S$7.3 million (excluding interests and costs), equitable compensation, and/or such other remedies as the Court may determine.
Depending on the timing and outcome of the legal proceedings, the Company is currently unable to quantify the impact of the legal proceedings on the financial performance of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2025.
The Company will provide further updates to its shareholders as and when there are material developments to the above matter.

Bro, I feel you. I was in your situation on other counters too.
I cannot give you any good pointers as I' m also an amateur in stocks, but... if I were you, I would be thinking of the options below depending on the market conditions.
Either
1) Averaging down from 10 hopefully can reduce loss. (e.g. 7 now and it will be 8.5 in average, where you might be able to sell at 8 or 9.)
2) Hold and hope for good news before T+4, or pray BBs can help to push up the price where you can unload.
3) Look and focus on stock movement and cut loss if you feel something is wrong. (e.g. mass selling)
Please take my thinking with a pinch of salt.
Hopefully there are other veterans or masters here who can help you with your question.

Recently a lot of penny counters have been driven up... if you win a few pips, good for you... IMHO, earn the profit and run before it starts crashing down.. it will be painful.. (When the rally stops for a breather.. it can go up slowly and down fast, please be vigilant not to lose your gains.)
Alternatively, set a stop-loss price so that you don' t lose your gains. ☺ ️
Please DYODD especially on a Friday..
