PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022
The board of directors (the ?Board?) of Eindec Corporation Limited (the ?Company?, and together
with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) wishes to announce that, following a preliminary review of the
Group?s unaudited consolidated financial results for the half year ended 30 June 2022 (?1H2022?),
the Group expects to report a net profit for 1H2022 due to a general improvement in business
performance.
As announced by the Company on 3 January 2022, the Group achieved a record order book of
more than S$15 million at the end of the financial year ended 31 December 2021, and the bulk of
which is expected to be recognised as revenue in the financial year ending 31 December 2022. In
1H2022, as the Group progressed to fulfill its order book and recognised them as revenue, all three
core business segments of the Group (namely (i) Cleanroom Equipment (ii) Heating, Ventilation &
Air-Conditioning and (iii) Air Purification Integrated Solutions) reported significant increase in
revenue.
The Group is in the process of finalising its unaudited consolidated financial results for 1H2022.
Further details of the Group?s financial performance for 1H2022 will be disclosed when the
Company announces the Group?s unaudited consolidated financial results for 1H2022 on or before
14 August 2022.
