By the way,... the Cromwell Property Group pays out dividend 4 times a year to Australian investors, why does it payout only twice a year in SG ???

 

Hoping someone can help to advise : is there a timetable for this IPO ? What is the link please ?

Need to know when can start to subscribe for the IPO,.... since the trading will be starting soon. Thank you very much.

 

Looks like more and more ' skeletons' are coming out of the closet,... more and more cans of worms are being pried open in many forums everywhere,....

First deliberation to this listing,... why such a low allocation to us here in SG ? The fifth paragraph in the link said the following :-

" Although listed in Singapore, just 5% of the units will be offered to the public there he balance will be offered to international investors, with an allocation of almost 16.9% (268m securities) to Japan."

Why so LOW for SG investors ???????????
