The 1Q2017 result likely to be released in end Apr will confirm if the 3Q16 and 4Q16 earning momentum can be sustained or even improved further.
If the earning momentum is positively confirmed, Jad' s EPS can hit between 0.0016~0.0025/qtr [$1.2~1.8mil per quarter @ 722mil shares outstanding] or 0.0064~0.01 in fy2017. Jad already took away a huge chunk of impairment in fy2015, and 4Q16 result showing no more significant write off or whatsoever provisions gives confidence that the house is already more or less clean.
Jad is currently trading at 20xPE. Even at a low expectation 10xPE, Jad will worth between $0.064~$0.10 going forward.
Like my AEM holding, I will hold Jad firmly until the 1Q17 result release.
