you think too much..
where in the post did i mention anything about amal going in the way of blumon..
you just make it up..to justify having many halt to trading is good..
having many halts n suspension is definitely negative..no matter how u justify it..just cho luan only
for your infor..i m long on amal..since it did not go into head n shoulder scenerio at 21 cts...

Couple of lines I find interesting are:
(a) The re-negotiations took place following a roadshow that Mr Pramoko held in China where he met downstream companies, car and battery manufacturers, a Japanese counterparty and a private equity fund, he said. - Does this hint that when meeting Japanese counterparty it could be related to tantalum given prior agreement?
(b) " Bankers told me it will take three months to raise money but the negotiations only took about one week." he said. - As seems only took a week suggests to me Burwill were keen on a deal.
(c) With the injection from Burwill, the company will be " fully funded" , he said. - Suggests not looking for more equity or debt financing for near future, and provides assurance project now got all funds given what TAW has raised.

A point I find of value is he being away at a roadshow in China. Nice to know he out promoting the company, trying to drum up business. And the re-negotiated terms seem to be very nice. Gives nice leeway. Good article. Thanks @cindy829 for link.

Alliance Mineral CEO: Better terms in latest agreement with Burwill
http://www.sgsme.sg/news/small-caps/alliance-mineral-ceo-better-terms-latest-agreement-burwill
" Alliance Mineral share price next year should should rise to S$1 per share, he said, as its nearest competitor Australian-listed Galaxy Resources is a A$1.2 billion company."

Long Term Investors do not sweat over TH and Suspension - as it keeps the short term traders (shortists and contra players) away or on their toes.
Don' t try to weakly associate AMAL with Blumon using the number of trading halts - trying to imply that AMAL will go down the same path as Blumont. You really think the folks investing in AMAL are so dumb? AMAL has real good stuff in the ground, proven beyond doubts through PFS/IQP/etc, have partners that can truly delivers, fully funded and is about to roll out the final products from the " factory" in 4 to 5 months. Get in and ride the wave or be left out - your choice.

Tantalum price is about US$40 to US$60 per LBS. IMO.

Such coincident, both Taw n Burwill closed at 36 cts. Amal should be there if not for TH.

Tawana closed at 52 weeks high of $0.36. Burwill also closed at 52 weeks high of $0.36. Something great must be coming.
alliance mineral is going to take no.1 of halts in a rear from blumon...haha

Out of all the possible announcement I think Tantalum Offtake is the most possible. Ever saw a post in hot copper there is a Tantalum tender that ends in end September.
2) lithium Resource and upgrade maybe not yet. Not only is it because Tawana is not halt, but this report will trigger IQPR from AMAL side, which may take a long while. Unless they already prepared the IQPR beforehand before the halt.
3) Any matters relating to JL will not trigger a halt. I'm quite sure.
4) other unknowns remains unknown of course.

Funds buy $20m now is over 10% they dont want to be more than 5%..... they want to be able to buy and sell under the radar.... unless ur talking abt strategic investor like burwill...
Burwill is confident... funds only care abt making profit less than 5% is easy to sell...

At open TAW raced to 36c....then fell back to 33c and then built back to close at 36c the high for day. Majority of lithium sector had similar trend. TAW seems to have been one of the stronger rebounds.
