Yangzijiang Shipbuilding: VLGC orders for Chinese yards?
According to Platts, a number of Chinese firms are seeking older VLGCs, as the country seeks to build its own VLGC fleet. There is talk that China Oriental Energy may look to order more VLGCs, with YZJ as a potential beneficiary, but we note that while the latter?s Xinfu yard has plans to build large vessels and has an annual production capacity of up to 10 VLCCs, YZJ?s capabilities remain primarily in containerships and bulk carriers. As China seeks to reduce its shipbuilding capacity, what is imperative for YZJ is to continue its smooth execution, secure orders (albeit at almost breakeven levels), scale up the value chain by building green vessels and developing its offshore capabilities, while waiting for the industry consolidation to run its course. Should it be one of the few large yards left standing when the dust has settled, YZJ would then find itself in a stronger position than before. Maintain HOLDwith S$0.99 fair value estimate. Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (YZJ) is our selection of the day. From a chartist standpoint, the stock remains positively oriented after the bullish penetration of its previous declining trend line. The ascending 20-day moving average acts as a strong support role. The RSI is still positive above 50%. To sum up, a continuation of the rebound seems to be on the cards with the next up targets at 1 and 1.035.
This qtr results are worst.......
Cancellation order affected this qtr very much....
Up too much for BBs to dump.....
Avoid from now.......
Today buy in 20 lots at $1.00,wait and see.

and by the way, alexchai is a very helpful guy and not selfish at all...........sometime, prediction can go wrong.
too bad, quite a nos. of them just call but don't include rescue plan but they know how to run. So if you are not there yet , either you ask or rather not taking the call seriously
