  4. Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR): TDSR is a framework that restricts the amount a borrower can spend on loan repayments based on their income. This measure aims to ensure that individuals do not over-leverage themselves when taking on property-related debt.
  5. Supply-Side Measures: The government has also taken steps to manage the supply of new housing units, including releasing land for development in a controlled manner
  6. Under HDB rules, after the MOP has been met, the flat owner, their spouse, or occupiers may have the option to retain the HDB flat while acquiring a private residential property.
