Looking at how conservative Helen is, I am pretty sure they have already made all the arrangements, and it is only 1 percent plus more stock to acquire. Too early to tell. I think you don' t have great eastern shares too. Haha. But there' s no downside to holding great eastern shares right now. So why not hold for existing shareholders and wait for drama to unfold.
