You could buy around this price at $12+..,
The good thing is venture is a good stock, and tech manufacturing is very important in future.
also, the earnings are likely to be bottoming or have largely bottomed, so at this price, it is not unreasonable to buy.
but the most important thing that affects its share price is the 10 year yield.
10 year yield likely to reach around 5+%, not likely higher based on current rate cycles.
High 10 year yield means growth is very good and economy will re-accelerate up.
high 10 year yield benefits savers, rather than investors.
But venture is near $12.50, which is 6% dividend yield. And I see stocks with no/little debt, at near bottom/bottom of cycle, gives high dividend yields close to 6%, and peak short term interest rates comin, with good growth coming to economy such as venture as much lower risk than compared to the broader stock market.
it could be bought now. And in any case, if it drops lower, buy the next at 25% lower. So it it drops to $10, which is 7.5% dividend, I just don' t see how it will happen as no sti component is giving 7.5% right now.

My cost was $19+. If I have extra cash, I will definately add to average out.

My best guess, this counter will go below $10 by end of this year.
From there will be a nice price to buy in.

The shares netted BlackRock a total consideration of $8.3 million or $13.11 per share.
Following the share sale, BlackRock&rsquo s total stake in Venture is now at 4.89% &ndash or 14.2 million shares &ndash down from its previous stake of 5.11%.
