The volume at the higher range is not tremendous, any big boss come in pick up few million shares straight jump to $0.10

Looking from the business viewpoint, I am still pretty positive on this company as the management has a long proven track record in the previously privatised Citic Enironment.
Buy to ride up in anticipation of more contracts wins :)

Ya, hopefully resume back to 10 cts and more again. Leader quite consistent in providing good annoucements regularly except for the investigation thingy. Else everytime an annoucement will cause some excitment in the share hike.
