got $$$$b or not ..to do valuations

desk top valuation cost $200k..man.

why dont you guys get independent valuations done to proof your point on over valuation? It' s always this case, u pay u get the value u like to see. Or, the reit should market some of its properties that the unitholders firmly agrees is over valued.

Indeed it is a big blow not only to the manager and the sponsor but also to the regulator, SGX who aspires to be the hub for REIT listing. SGX needs to review and tighten the listing rules so as to protect the small retail unit holders interest.

Apparently Mr Low has a lawyer on board now. This is good for the whole campaigne. Now the fight will build on proper legal platform. I wait to see will David take down goliath?

Sabana announced unit holders seeking EGM to be held. Mr Low is one step ahead of Mr Koh. How would this pan out? Are we really looking at 2 EGMs soon? It' s a pity that Mr Low and Mr Koh cannot work together.

Who are the professionals in this group ?

Unitholders should just exercise our rights to remove the Manager and leave the execution of resolution to the professionals.

I am more concern about unitholders like us with no expertise, yet want to lead/dictate in the execution of the resolution.
