0.325. If 0.35 is difficult, then we shouldn't invest in this counter leh. Nothing to look forward to

but erm...i can't predict future also (had also vested before mid-term but companies turn out to be duds) dyodd
Their business model is easily understandable, well diversified, profitable with known expansion plan. FA has plus factors (P/E, net income, good ratios, low gearing etc), TA also has an ascending triangle forming. I'm on 50-100dma so i still can wait. so want to accumulate as cheap as i can
what your buy price? I think getting 0.35 is not easy.

U got ur wish. I probably made a mistake vesting this counter. It's a low liquidity and small free float. Dunno when it can ever reach 0.35

No volume today???
I thought they take out what they worked for and a clean slate for the company after listing...is it a norm?

Anyone can advice on the below? Saw from one blog
On page 44 of it's prospectus, it states "On 30 June 2016, Katrina Singapore declared final tax exempt dividends of an aggregate of S$10.0 million to the then shareholders, Alan Goh and Catherine Tan. The sum of S$7.0 million out of S$10.0 million shall be paid within one month from the date of commencement of trading of our Shares on Catalist."
Considering the company is raising $7.5mil through this placement, shouldn't this $7.0mil dividend payment to existing shareholders raise some concerns?
