Not necesssary.
In this case, it is special dividend so outcome may not be the same as ordinary dividend paid out.
But agreeing with Bro Chansenghoe1971 - share price might trend up till 27 Nov just before XD on 28 Nov.
Given that the Chasen is still worth 11 cents after the special dividend, the end result could surpise us.

Note: before disposal, price trading around 7.5.
This disposal is a massive premium.
So XD needs to be way higher than 7.5. Likely 9.
Cash value is 11 cents even after XD.
