Case 1) Let say you(major shareholders)  have 16 lots, now you push the price to $1, u only get $16000

Case 2) Let say you have 106 lots, now you push the price to $1, you will have $106000

So My prediction is, push down, issue shares cheap to buy over my own hotel and get ALOT of shares for my hotel, then push up the price , just like blumont. Remember blumont issued at 1 cents (around there), after getting ALOT of blumont shares, push to $2+, become multi-millionaires,,

For case 1), you will have to push the price up and up to 10 cents

Let say you are Mr Chin and you are going to inject your hotel into Adventus.

Just giving an example:

1) Let say Adventus has 10 lots issued share.  You(major shareholder)  have  6 lots while  small investors 4 lots.

2)  Your own hotel is worth $1000.

Case 1) Would you issue Adventus shares at 10 cents to buy over your own hotel?  ie: Issuing 10 lots of adventus shares at 10 cents = 10 x $100 = $1000 to buy over your own hotel.

So in the end, you will  receive 10 lots of adventus shares  for your hotel. End result: You have total of 16 lots  while  small investors 4 lots.

OR

Case 2) Would you issue Adventus shares at 1 cents to buy over your own hotel?  ie: Issuing 100 lots of adventus shares at 1 cents = 100 x $10 = $1000 to buy over your own hotel.

So in the end, you will have 100 lots of adventus shares  for your hotel. End result: You have total of  106 lots  while other investors 4 lots.

Imagine you are Mr Chin, which case would you choose? Case 1 or Case 2?

 

 

BUT if the hotel belongs to  a 3rd party and not Mr Chin' s,

May or may not reach the price what many sideliners are waiting for ?

However,  be psychological prepared for  early than expected rocket launch ?

Jeep small small just in case earlier than expected  ?  If plus minus the rocket launch schedule, then can still afford to add along the way ?

In fact bro Addluck, I have been thinking to buy FEHT for some time but feel that px too expensive to jeep now even at 84c still at lofty valuation. I like their hospitality biz like what u elaborated, not so much on the service apartments but more on their medical centre cum hospitality. I have booked the oasia hotel this year for my mum to stay when she is still alive & I find that the hotel is rather nice, clean & rates are competitive. They offer lower pricing if occupancy rate on that day is lower & adjust accordingly which I quite like the concept.

When cbc introduce or inject his assets (whatever, bldgs or green etc) into adventus, first thing is adventus got to pay for it! If its in the form of issue new shares to cbc sounds fine if issue price is 28 or higher. What if the price is 1c or below 28? Will adventus shares price go up? What if he calls for a right issue or corporate bonds (very unlikely)? Will the share price go up? One need to think of the rto process! I think one good example quite similar to adventus should rto go ahead will be wcorp!

Yes, this is going to take easily many months even years before we see any fruits to bear. Speculators, newbies out for quick fast cash & unserious investors please Siam away!!!!

This is for serious investors with eye for value & HOLDING power! Pls do not over trade and when px toh and you can' t hold then blame CBC JL Ms Kum becos building wealth takes time! You don' t become rich overnight from investing!

just hold as many lots as u feel comfortable without compromising yur financial health and liability and add more when things turn more favorable and when our finances allow.
