TP is down RS is up.  If this trend continue, it could mean EPF is done with selling RS.  Now major shareholder is buying and will give further boost to the price.

Let's see how much Mr Wong will buy back this time round. RS may turn out to be the most resilient glove counter due to its strong presence in clean room gloves manufacturing. Dyodd.

I agree with this. Hopitals really need to stock up at this time.

Cannot be complacent. New cases and active cases are rising at or near record level. Hospitals infact need more PPE and gloves hence restocking has started as reported. Check it out.

The initial worry of omicron had subsided a lot as more test kits & vaccines are introduced.. Share buyback is to stabilise the fall. If selling continues, a series of buyback is needed. To which level remain to be seen.

The truth in my prospective, PPE soared becos the BB use the covid-19 as excuse to pump it up. The plunge due to BB use the vaccine as excuse to drop it.
You can understand that based on daily investmwnt news. News media always have something to say to justify the movement of the stock market of the day. Even sometime it don't really make sense.
If I have a billion dollar in hand. If I feel like it, tmr onward I will let RS soar till reaches the Mars.
Along the way I just ask someone like the wave to spread rumors of positively.

They are not even the same industry..
PPE counters soared because of pandemic, plunged because of vaccines...
there are numerous CEOs bought theirs companies' shares but prices dropped after awhile.
anyway, this counter is not far from pre pandemic level, so it' s worthwhile to bet on your hindsight..

good luck to those vested. 💪 💪

Bro

Let me share with u some memorable and personal encounters why such symbolic move is important.

When Singtel bght Optus tat time, mkt perceived they had overpaid thus share price spiralled down negatively. Nobody knows where is the bottom till former CEO (LHY) bght some shares in open not. Though not a big amt, it's a symbolic move and send the positive msg across to the investing public. Aftermath ,price slowly reverse course.

Similarly , during SARS period, all banks were down badly with fund redemption gg on. UOB caught my attn when price hit $9+ and former CEO (WCY) went in to scoup up the shares. Announcement was made and I mirrored his purchase knowing tat he knows his bank best.

So, it is.important to see any symbolic move by insider after share hd a prolong decline...like RS is gg thru now . This is what I learnt fm a professor in NUS.

I perceived it's positive . Hv patience.

Cheers

Believe the only reason that prompted the CEO to buy is because he knew the intrinsic value of the company he runs , he himself knows that it is the right price to buy now.

Good try you all. At least Mr. Wong reply positively.
Many companies boss just don't bother with shareholders opinion.
One of the sign to consider for longer term investment for me at least
