The selling might be a fake one ie maybe some Traders taking profit. Might rebound back to 0.42 again next few weeks.
Nevertheless, I think have to wait for next quarter result before can decide whether aptv is still good to hold as a dividend stock.
Their intangible asset is their main income generators. This one use DCF model to value. Difficulties are CAPEX level can be influenced greatly by external factors.
More info will be available by end Jan and end Feb. This one could be a nice stable div play if some factors turns out well.

Yesterday call to sell at 41.5 to 42 plenty of time to take profit

debt is high, so is their intangibles. Difficult to put a real value to its books. Think the parent spun off this at a good price to retail investors and make a good profit out of it. Let' s see last quarter results before considering if can buy some to hold.

They are not so interested in clearing debt. Didn' t see any sign that they want to par down as well. And there is no asset replacement cost for their main asset as well.

All for ownself one. But don' t worry, at 40 cents with dividends still ok, as compare with Ezion at 40 cents.
