How can there be not one single sell down at 0.38 when there are so many sales Q at 0.385 ? Weird.

Look at that. Another big lot just put to Q for selling at 0.385. Seems like some party determined to keep price low. Why ?

Very interesting. Selling Q at 0.385 keeps being loaded but over the last hour or more, there was not one single sale at 0.38. All the deals were buy-ups at 0.385.
Today must push up above 39 then 40 will follow. Stagnated too long at 38.5 shortists getting tired now
Someone dumped 644k shares at 9.03 in panic mode going to regret missing out action & profit
APTT is currently in play but still a shortist's target. So watch out for price action today.
37.5/38 immediate & critical support price.
41.5/42 1st resistance price. If can clear convincingly, should test 44.5/45, 2nd resistance price. If cannot clear 1st resistance price, will drop back to sub-40.

Nearly 1 week on, the engine started. Above 41 to 42 should face heavy resistance in the coming day.

Jus gobble up some more at 380 385... super support at 375. will be BIG buyer when it breaches 375. for now i am happy with my position

When reit reaches close to gearing limit, they resort to rising fund thru rights instead of bank loan
When they issue rights, its time to be more alert
Trust has no borrowing limit so investors must be double alert
I notice that there is a trend with many newly listed REITs or Trusts in the last 5 years tends to raise rights issue - IReit, OUE Commerical REIT, OUE Hospitality Trust, Soilbuild REIT, Croesus Reit, Sabana Reits .... all raised rights to ask fund from shareholders. Hope this is not the case with this trust ..... and the license renewal is a concern ... and it' s not mentioned in their report. Does anyone has Macquire old report way back in 2007/ 2008 that mention about the cost of license renewal?

Licence renewed in 2008/2009 but IPO in 2013 with only half-life licence but at such high price
Reit property lease expire 60-99yr, COE expire in 10yr but their license expire shortest, 9yrs 😨
If there is potential of fund rising for license renewal, ppl will sell
dont understand the huge sell queue. They so desperate to lose money? Selling at the bottom.
Or delibertely blocking price from rising and accumulating from ppl who are forced to sell to buyers.
