My take on this is, Suntec is already one of the hardest hit and one of the few that has yet to recover to pre-covid or near pre-covid levels
Even with any more negative news, I personally feel that it can' t go much lower anymore
There will be a lot more upside potential compared to the downside risks, when the situation starts getting better (hopefully)

i have sold suntec reit at a slight lost, my orginal intention of buying suntec is a hedge with the government opening up the economy. Since government cant seems to open up, my orginal intention is no more. so i decided to cut lost and move on.

I choose to be honest in my investment. Even if i made a lost i will say out. Cause being a investor have to be honest, realistic and forward looking. On a brighter side, i have 111k cash on hand. So i think right now i will wait until US stock market have a big drop then make a move. Other than that, Sg stocks seems to go nowhere and governent stance of endemic seems to be shaky if not seems not sustainable.

below 140 even better. can buy cheap cheap.
buy already must be able to hold. if not shorts will then u 130. then 120 then 110 then..
this tartics is call price targeting. it is also used by showing a chart they draw to indicate a trend
then other in the group will push it down. making it look like very chun. it happens very where not only in singapore. just in china they have special unit that will trap these operators and get them.

my guess about some counters is the big operator has sold at higher price and move
money else where to make more money before return.
so they used their some money to hold down the price. when money is back they will collect back again hopefully cheaper then they have sold. retailers are looser mostly because once the price raise let say to 152-154 many will already sold.

depends on one time frame.

most people make money out of property. most people lost money in shares.
both property and stock (profitable one only) gain when economy and people grow.
why the different? most people buy property to stay so will not care much about fluctuations.
where stocks people mostly buy for investment with price gain. so watch closely. too closely until
retailers are fear out by noise.
a stock that pay 5+% return with increasing asset value over time how to loose?
only when people start to look at micro time frame like share price drop exd is more then div. logi.
it is not wrong for traders but relevant for dividend investors.  investors look for dividend year after year. then some time for whatever reason the talk will be about how much potential there is an the price will get push up. that is when dividend investors sell. net is earn interest collected over the years + price gain.  it does not happen over night in 1 week or 1 month. it can be years. 
but the return is profitable.

sunt  paying 4 div per year since 2005.@ jan-mar, apr-jun, jul-sep, oct-dec.
there should be another div this year oct-dec.

  A div counter though sg price hardly move.
