The " delay technique" typically take 1~3 wk.
If more than that no response, then need to wait for " BBs news" for more action.
For stocks, no need to panic buy or sell.
Bcos the sell or buy figures are make to let u think " Low is High & High is Low"
Like what runaway said, he or she may be right.
But again, for stock, no 100% sure answer.
You are 100% sure only if u have the musle to take full control.

generally hold firm or move up in anticipation of the
announcement.
and of course, it can be a fake to create the illusion.
Once announced, the fake rise would fade.

factors to consider.
So not easy to be 100% sure.
For ur case, " 100 percent sure now we will see the same 95 955 closing" , that really just same level as colorful face.
